Separation plant for washing, grinding and sifting the fractions is located at ADA plant, which is three kilometers away from Laktaši, on the Laktaši – Srbac local road.

The separation plant for the stone aggregate „POZZATO“, produced in 1999, is an Italian product and meets all the requirements of ISO 9001 Standard. The capacity of the separation plan is 80 m3/h.

The production process of separation has been designed as a full circle. Natural gravel is transported to the banks of the Vrbas river, which flows in the vicinity, then transported to separation cages, when the process of washing and separation of the material starts. Finally the material is ground and sifted – spilled. In this way we get natural gravel of fractions of 0-31 mm, and, if necessary, of 0-60 mm, which are used both for the production of asphalt and for production of high quality concrete and concrete products.

In 2003 a new separation plant of the Italian producer, POZZATO 2", was installed, with the capacity of 100m3/h. The tested material is transported, and then the ground natural gravel of all fractions is produced.

Secondary mills Pozzato and  Pozzato 2 are installed as part of this plant, which serve for grinding all fractions of 04-16 mm in order to obtain 0-4 mm fractions, which are the most needed in construction. The capacity of these mills is 40m3/h and 50m3/h, respectively.

The quality of fractions is tested on a daily basis in own laboratory located within the Ada plant, which is equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment that meets all the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 standards.

Such a work organization enables us to provide the market with safe delivery of mentioned stone fractions, at any time, along with all the necessary compliance documentation.
