Laboratory for testing rock fractions, concrete and asphalt is located at Ada plant, as an accompanying part of separation part, asphalt and concrete plants.

The concrete segment performs daily control of naturally washed fractions of 0-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-16mm, 16-32mm, produced in separation plants.

The samples of cement are regularly taken and tested according to the valid regulations, while control samples „cubes“ are taken from fresh concrete, which are tested 28 days later on a modern digital press under the supervision of the Banja Luka Institute for Materials and Constructions (IMK). The consistence of concrete is tested on a daily basis.

The asphalt part of the laboratory performs a daily control of ground fractions of 0-2mm, 2-4mm, 4-8mm, 8-11mm, 11-16mm, 16-22mm, which are produced in separation plants. The samples of bitumen and fillers are regularly taken and tested according to valid regulations of IMK Banja Luka. Samples of asphalt mass are taken and tested on a regular basis.

Laboratory is furnished with the state-of-the art equipment, so that it meets all the requirements of  ISO 9001-2000 standard.
